Good to know

How Trustpilot data behaves#

Several reviews from one person #

When someone reviews the same company more than once, Trustpilot shows only the latest. Zembra returns the earlier ones as edits of it.

Trustpilot filters reviews by language by default #

By default, a Trustpilot page only shows reviews written in the visitor’s language. Reviews in other languages only appear after clicking “Show reviews in all languages”, so the list you see in your browser can be much shorter than the total on the page. Zembra retrieves reviews in all languages by default and includes each review’s language in the data so you can filter on your side. It makes no difference whether you add the listing with www.trustpilot.com or a country subdomain such as fr.trustpilot.com.
